Take I-270 to exit 15A. Take the Seneca Meadows Parkway fork when the exit ramp splits. Turn onto Seneca Meadows Parkway from Rt 118 (northwest side of intersection). The first left is OBA Bank driveway. Turn into first parking area on the left. Entrance to OBA Bank Community room faces Seneca Meadows Parkway. Park in any space.

The club chartered in 2000. Town Center Talkers is known for great speeches and a variety of competitions. As a result of the commitment of its members, the club has remained active since its founding in 1999.
